As the Managing Director, I am deeply honored to lead a team committed to transforming home-based healthcare and medical consultancy services in Ethiopia. With over 17 years of experience managing complex, donor-funded health programs and working closely with diverse communities, I have witnessed firsthand the critical importance of accessible, compassionate, and quality care delivered where it matters most — in the heart of people’s homes.
At Geraye Healthcare, our vision extends beyond medical services. We aim to bridge gaps in the healthcare system by integrating innovation, cultural sensitivity, and professional excellence. Drawing from my background in strategic planning, program design, and policy advocacy, I am dedicated to ensuring our services not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our clients — from families seeking personalized care to institutions needing specialized medical support.
